Liability for Contents
As service providers, we are liable for own contents of these websites according to Sec. 7, paragraph 1 German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sec. 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), service providers are not obligated to permanently monitor submitted or stored information or to search for evidences that indicate illegal activities.
Legal obligations to removing information or to blocking the use of information remain unchallenged. In this case, liability is only possible at the time of knowledge about a specific violation of law. Illegal contents will be removed immediately at the time we get knowledge of them.

Liability for Links
Our offer includes links to external third party websites. We have no influence on the contents of those websites, therefore we cannot guarantee for those contents. Providers or administrators of linked websites are always responsible for their own contents.
The linked websites had been checked for possible violations of law at the time of the establishment of the link. Illegal contents were not detected at the time of the linking. A permanent monitoring of the contents of linked websites cannot be imposed without reasonable indications that there has been a violation of law. Illegal links will be removed immediately at the time we get knowledge of them.

Children
Accomodation
Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents. From the age of 12 children are counted as adults. We are happy to provide you with a baby bed or an extra bed for children under 12. An extra bed for adults will be charged at €35per night. Please note that extra beds can only be provided in the deluxe and suite categories.
For a second room booking for children under the age of 12, we can offer you, depending on availability, a second room at a family rebate of 50% of the room rate.
To make your journey with children as pleasant as possible, we keep the following items and amenities ready for you on request as part of our Very Important Baby (VIB)-Service
– Baby crib, baby bathtub, body care products for babies, childproof socket, diaper garbage can, night light
– Baby food, drinking bottle and bottle warmer, diapers, hot-water bottle
– Babysitter service upon prior notification bookable against payment of a fee
– Buggy upon prior notification

Restaurants
Breakfast for children up to six years is free. Breakfast price for children between 6 and 12 years is €17. We offer a special kid´s menus children’s high chairs and coloring books available at our restaurants.

Spa & Fitness
At the spa area, children under the age of 16 are allowed access under the supervision of their parents. The fitness area can only be used by persons aged 18 or above. Teenagers from the age of 16 can train under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children’s bathrobes are available on request. Baby changing facilities are available in the spa and fitness area.

Pets
For your dog’s stay in our hotel, we will charge a fee of €35 per dog per night. Dogs have to be kept on a leash anywhere in the hotel at all times. We are happy to welcome your dog in our lobby and at the bar.
We are happy to offer you our free VID ‘Very Important Dog’ Service:
– Dog biscuit to welcome your companion to the room
– Cosy dog bed for the night
– Dog bowl for an appropriate meal
– Map for your daily walks available at the front office
Dog sitter service can be booked upon request.

Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The hotel and all our rooms are non-smoking areas. Please feel free to use our Smokers Lounge next to our lobby at the ground floor. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €250 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms. Thank you very much for your understanding.
